Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a hassle-free refund policy for our Powder Coating guns.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 12 months of receiving it for a full refund or exchange.  If the item  shows signs of damage through improper use we may not be able to accept the return.

To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer service team, and they will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. This means you must cover the cost of shipping the product back to us. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure the product reaches us safely.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

We want you to have peace of mind when shopping with us, so we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a refund policy that reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction.
